In 2025, skeyes reiterated its customer and stakeholder satisfaction survey to collect their perception of the quality of the services provided, better understand their expectations and identify new opportunities.

The project skeyesConnect was launched at the 2025 New Year’s reception for stakeholders. skeyesConnect concretises this shared desire to strengthen collaboration. During 2025, several skeyesConnect meetings were organised with Belgian airports and airline representatives to support this ongoing dialogue and strengthen collaboration within the sector.

skeyes has also renewed and enhanced its online customer platform, renamed My skeyes Connect, to provide a permanent space for communication. This platform allows customers and users to access all information related to the provision of skeyes services, activities and updates on strategic projects.
